We use the latest in Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) to provide orthotics that have excellent flexibility, durability, shock absorption, abrasion resistance and environmental sustainability.

Our standard lead time is 5 working days, however we also offer a 1 day express turn around. Express shipping via AusPost (within Australia) is standard.

Every part of the orthotic is customised for the patient. We capture the assessment data required to create the prescription via the assessment form and videos. We then use the 3D scan and dimensions to customise the arch profile and shoe fit. We are able to modify the thickness and density of the orthotic to provide support and cushioning where it is needed including:
Sesamoid deflection
Heel spur deflection
metatarsal dome
U deflection pads
cuboid notch
Dancers pads / forefoot additions

We have underwritten our contemporary approach to orthotic therapy with two decades of clinical experience. We believe that for the prevention and management of injury the foot should be assisted in replicating a normal range of movement (including pronation) via a flexible orthotic shell orthotic rather than blocking important movement patterns via a hard, unforgiving orthotic shell.
By placing the foot into a neutral position via a flexible orthotic we allow muscles to fire as per normal, without reducing their ability to contribute to foot motion. The flexible orthotic will hold the foot where required, allow for a normal amount of pronation during mid stance and provide a spring-effect at toe-off. This ultimately leads to soft-tissue structures around the foot, ankle and lower limb to be unloaded, without over-correction or disrupting the normal gait pattern.
