How can we help?
Our Balmain massage team can help in a number of different ways:
Muscle Tightness
Our massage therapists are highly skilled in relieving muscle tension and tightness through various remedial and needling techniques. Our therapists can combine customised soft tissue massage with cupping and acupuncture / needling therapy to accelerate outcomes and improve pain.
Enhanced Performance
Our massage therapists can help speed up muscle recovery after intense training sessions & flush prior to a big event or game. Relieving muscle tension and addressing the imbalances in the body can help improve posture, performance and reduce the likelihood of injury.
Sports Injuries
Soft tissue injuries respond well to deep tissue massage therapy to reduce soft tissue tension and inflammation whilst promoting improved circulation, healing and pain relief. Best results are conjunction with a physiotherapy program.
Digestive Improvement
Techniques like abdominal massage can help by increasing circulation to the digestive organs, enhancing nutrient absorption. Additionally, Acupuncture is proven to be beneficial in managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms, such as abdominal pain, bloating, and bowel irregularity as well as reducing acid reflux symptoms and improved esophageal function in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Chronic Pain
Regular sports or remedial massage can help alleviate chronic pain in areas such as the back, neck, and shoulders and work in conjunction with your physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath or podiatrist.
Stress Relief
Massage is very effective in releasing the tension in the muscles around your head, neck, shoulders, jaw and back which can relieve tension headaches and stress, as well as lower the heart rate while encouraging deep breathing. Our massage therapists can tailor your experience to be more relaxing rather than remedial, if you require a little more TLC.
We encourage you early to come in early to grab a tea & read a relaxing book.
