Meet Emily Smith.

See Emily at Balmain today for the efficient and effective treatment of thickened, fungal, infected and ingrown toenails as well as corns, callouses and warts. We accept EPC plans and offer health fund rebates.

Please note: We do not paint toenails & highly recommend you paint your own after your treatment using an undercoat & topcoat to achieve a salon-like, yet safe finish.

What’s treated in a Medical Pedicure?

Ingrown or Thick Toenails

Our Podiatrists are highly skilled in the gentle removal of ingrown and thickened toe nails. A medical pedicure can ensure the nail is cut and filed properly to prevent pain or infection. If a Partial Nail Avulsion is required, Trent Salkavich is highly experienced in this procedure.

Calluses & Corns

Thickened skin, calluses and corns can be painful when walking and wearing shoes. A medi-pedi simply and safely removes the dead skin to relieve pain and during the consultation Emily’s will look at the underlying cause of the friction / pressure to provide advice & a strategies to prevent the regrowth of the skin.

Warts (Verrucae)

Warts can look like a corn, they may be painful, or can be dormant on the skin for years. They are contracted and can be spread if left untreated. We use a comfortable combination of debridement, medical-grade Salicylic acid and a home treatment program.
